Student pickup at primary schools is one of the most disorganized moments of the day: dozens of cars arrive at the same time, with no clear order or system. Teachers have to manually coordinate who arrived first, parents wait without information, and traffic at the school gate becomes a real safety and community issue.
We designed a mobile-first solution that requires no installation and no training. Parents access it from the browser, register once, and join the queue each afternoon with a single button. Teachers have their own real-time view where they can see the arrival order, call each family forward, and mark each pickup as completed. The system also includes an admin panel to manage families, pickup history, and school settings.
The result is a functional tool deployed in production and tested in real conditions, reducing pickup time and eliminating improvisation. The school has full control over who uses the system, while parents get a clear, frictionless experience from any mobile phone.
