Early signs of cognitive decline, emotional changes, or routine disruptions often appear in subtle and fragmented ways. For families, this creates a constant challenge: noticing what is changing in time and distinguishing between an isolated event and a meaningful pattern. Most existing solutions focus on clinical data, sensors, or emergencies, but leave out something essential: everyday human observation.

We designed AURA as a soft layer of intelligence for family care. Instead of relying on hardware or medical language, the app allows families to record text or voice notes about an older adult’s daily life, extracts structured signals with AI, builds a personalized baseline, and detects emerging patterns over time. The goal is not to diagnose, but to provide clarity: summarizing what matters, identifying changes from what is usual, and suggesting concrete, human actions.

The result is an experience that turns scattered records into a clear, sensitive, and actionable reading. AURA organizes the history, shows progress through a timeline, detects recurring signals, builds individual context, and generates insights, soft alerts, and suggested next actions. As a result, care becomes less reactive and gains a more preventive, clearer, and more supported dimension.
